Terms of use

Draft — not final. Preview only. This document is a launch draft and must be reviewed and replaced with final governing-law, support, refund, warranty and liability terms before any sale. Those fields are intentionally left unresolved.

Security review status: internal QA completed for the stated build; independent security audit not completed. Any future Early Access offer must identify itself as Preview, be invitation-only, be limited to the stated Windows x64 build, and use counsel-approved order and refund terms.

Permitted use

Browser512 is a local workspace browser. It may be used only for lawful, authorised activity and in accordance with the terms of each website, service and account used through it.

Product capabilities and customer responsibility

Browser512 does not alter browser fingerprints or guarantee that a website will accept an account. Customers are responsible for account credentials, web content, proxies, regulatory compliance and backups of local workspace data.

Trial and proposed subscription model

The proposed Trial lasts seven days, supports eight workspaces and one device, and begins on first desktop activation. Reinstalling or changing email does not create another Trial on a previously used device. Planned monthly tiers are ฿199/8, ฿499/32, ฿999/128 and ฿1,990/512 workspaces, with an additional device seat planned at ฿99. These terms and prices remain Preview drafts until counsel and owner approve the order page. Paid access is granted only from verified billing events, with a proposed 72-hour grace period after payment failure.

Automation and Zero-Exposure Preview

Users choose the controller, workspaces, origins and permissions for a Trusted Session and remain responsible for approved actions. Browser512 provides no arbitrary-JavaScript, cookie/token export, shell or financial automation tool. Zero-Exposure Credential Access Preview is not a guarantee against a compromised device, extension or target website.

Initial Early Access platform

The planned initial cohort is for invited Windows x64 users only. The supported Windows versions, minimum hardware, Authenticode publisher, installer hash and support period must be shown in the approved order materials. No macOS, Linux or Windows-on-Arm availability is promised for this cohort.

Unresolved for counsel / owner: seller identity; governing law and venue; warranty and mandatory consumer-right language; limitation of liability; refund, renewal and cancellation terms; formal support SLA. Do not treat this page as binding commercial terms.
